Under the new Merchant Shipping (Local Vessels) Ordinance there have been some changes in the regulations relating to Pleasure Vessels that are let for occasional hire. As a direct result of this new legislation, and with immediate effect, the Club is suspending the hire of our Club boats to members. This affects those boats that are licensed as Pleasure Vessels - principally our committee boats and safety boats. Please note that this does not impact on the hire of sailing dinghies.
