This year marks the 58th Head of the Bay!
This event is unique in Hong Kong as it is held on an open water course, while all other racing is on the flat waters of the Shing Mun River.
The rowers face new challenges from the water conditions and also difficult navigation. Where the races on the Shing Mun River are straight, in Deep Water Bay each coxswain must accurately steer to the marker buoys then complete quick turns around the marks.
Entries are due on 28 March.
