From our very own RHKYC Squash Section...

On Saturday 19 November, there will be 10 crazy guys n’ a doll getting ready to represent the RHKYC, in the 13th Wing Ding Fancy Dress Running Teams Squash Tournament 2011!   There will likewise be 13 other teams from Hong Kong, girding their loins with their colourful and ‘most un-Squash-like’ gear to do battle.  You may have a favourite amongst our team  -  James, Jon, Elliot, Andrew, Paul, Angus, Richard, Tom, Catherine and Adrian, or you may just feel sorry for them undertaking such a ridiculous challenge (for challenge it is!).

What you can do, if you’re not otherwise sailing, shopping or playing with your kids, is come and support us at the HK Football Club.  Lend a hand, by directing them to their next court, or sloshing a mouthful of water at them between sessions as they dive past you.  If you can, kindly to let me know by email, would be good.  

The other, most important thing you must do immediately, is to download the Pledge here.  Put in your Name,  Address (for your Receipt) and a few hundred (or thousands of) HK dollars …………….  for your generous donation, to “Operation Santa”.  Do it now and feel good for the rest of the day  (if the feeling is that good, then do it again tomorrow!) 

You can send it back straightaway, or get one or two friends to chip in too, for a good cause!  Don’t forget to send it back to Adrian Peirse direct.

Have a good week and don’t just think of the team – think of the kids and what you can do, under the banner of our Club.
